I'm really digging the energy effect you protray here in the magical sword

Love the coloring, with the softer shading. I like the energy the lineart has to it, especially with her face. The shape and angle of the face, and then the placement of the features somehow gives it some energy and vibrancy even though her expression is kinda calm and somber. I like how the features are a little more stylized and iconic, rather than being completely "realistic." I like the style a lot. Her hair is awesome, too...love the colors and shading, the shapes and the sense of movement.
The effects of the energy on her sword is awesome, too...It really looks like it's moving and dancing around. Looks very animated.
