Description
This was a photo a friend of mine took in Tokyo. The photo was in black and white and I was thinking it would be interesting to throw some color on there to get that feeling of living in a city with a bunch of tech and lights.So after 20min of photoshop I came up with this. I'm not sure what to think of the white stroke but I think it turned out alright.

i kind of like the white stroke. Gives it a more conceptual feel. And the colouring on the buildings is awesome! ahha nice
