sometimes i just wanna drop everything im doing and just start something i've been wanting to do for years ever since I've been inspired by PMD RP groups like PMD-Explorers, PMDAbsolution and PMDUnitymaybe one day it'll happen

I was thinking it's like a 'Evolution Stage Limit' of '3' stages per team (So that the teams won't be too overpowered when you first start out) so like
Take Charmeleon as you said for example
Charmeleon is a second evolution in it's line-- 2 stages
and if you want a partner like Sableye, a single, non-evolution line-- 1 stage
that's 3 stages
therefore it can work
**as for Umbreon and Eeveelutions, I don't plan on making them count as secondary evolution stages as of now, I might change my mind but Eeveelutions count as-- 1 stage
therefore the team can work with Charmeleon and Sableye(or Umbreon).
In short w/o all that explanation oR whatever, yeah you can skip Evo lines and start out with Charmeleon.
Starting from the first evolution isn't required--
hell, you could start off with the final evolution, Charizard (as an example) but then that's-- 3 stages
so it'll be a solo team of yourself (for now) because of the limit
(opportunities will come later (like recruiting team members, or finding eggs) so the limit to team members evolution-wise won't forever be a thing)

yea no problem! I'm here for you with this. The only knowledge I have for this stuff though is that super old but very famous PMD group who had purplekecleon and those guys.
The way they worked was you had your team at stage 1 of the evolution tree. Non-evolving pokemon would be shop keepers or found later on or so? This gave people limitations to what their teams could be and the only way they could evolve was to do a big quest with a big event going on in it that would change them.
Your way is very different yet it gives people more variety with what they can work with allowing many combinations of teams or teams to come (If they start on a high evolution and are solo until they 'find' their partner and level up their team stage)
The only thing I would change is the ability to have your team start with a fully evolved pokemon. That should be something people could really work for, we can't have them over power their leaders or pairing up a stage 1 evolution with a stage 3 one (Since that way one would be doing all the fighting while the other just sits back) I'd say allow teams to start at stage 2 instead of 3 so that way gives them more room for improvement. You can still start with a second stage evolution (Like in my case I'd be a Charmeleon all alone until I level up my team stage and 'find' my partner)
Then again I could be completely misinterpreting this whole thing, is it suppose to be like the games? Was I right when I was thinking this was like that other group? All these things I've preposed to you you can still decline. If I'm on the right track then I got more ideas if you'd like?

It'd give motivation to get to stage 3(if the pokémon selected has a third and final evo)
I was inspired by a few groups around along with looking at the old PMD-E layout for inspiration
and by PMDAbsolution with the Evo Limit

Yea and don't forget you'd need to get your partner to fully evolve as well so it will go beyond stage 3! But you don't want to force people too evolve. If people want, they can switch to other jobs other then explores or messengers or what ever the third job was.
They can become shop keepers or trainers or the people who watch over the students or trainers. PEOPLE IN CHARGE OR W/E! Like, in the games, you got you and your friend and you live in a dorm with other teams and you got the people in-charge and who do road call or what ever before assigning them to a mission. I think people like that should be admins and co-admins along with shop keepers and stuff like that?
I'm just trying to go off my memory from the game and stuff like that. There can be small missions like note/supply delivery to shops or other people and then so on.
Those are the groups I was thinking of more or less, I just don't know how it all works tbh, I'm just throwing ideas?

When you said Jobs, I thought of the Guilds like
The Mercenaries- They take out the criminals and petty thieves for a price and don't have the best of policies. Many see Mercenaries as immoral with their ways but they get the job done.
Violence is the answer with this Guild.
The Guardians- They are the Guild that does work for the good of the world and solve things in a peaceful manner but will respond with
violence if and only if necessary. They also do 'Rescue Missions'.
The Scouts- The Scouts are the 'Explorers' of the Guilds. This Guild explores new areas and set foot where no Pokémon has gone before. They're the neutral party. Morals don't really go either way and rather just seek out to the ends of Aenoir on whatever land they can find.

And there could be Special Events or something when I get Super Group membership on the Group and maybe I'll add a timer to it lIke
There'd be one event for each of the Guilds for example, The Merchants Guild, where there is a notorious and very slippery crook that's in the area and if you manage to catch him under a strict time limit, you'll get a rare item or reward for your team and for example, with The Scouts Guild, there's a mysterious and very dangerous location on the map that only shows up rarely from the mist and if you're able to reach/explore the area fully, you get a rare reward, and with The Guardians Guild, you'll have to answer a distress call from inside an ancient dungeon that opens only 500 years(?) and rescue the Pokémon in need before the timer runs out?
(This is all either with comic/art submissions or writer submissions through text, by the way aHa)

Ye, I liked the idea of people doing what ever media they find comfortable with their abilities, be it as you said "comic/art submissions or writer submissions through text". People can create their own comics of their characters doing their missions or just one picture of a highlight moment (or maybe a few depending on how much content they want to put per mission) and fill in the details in the description or through text style, allowing the people who speak louder with words over art to tell their story! You can even mix and match these medias by having the 'highlight' image as the main picture of the text thing (I've seen some people do that and it's pretty neat!) And they don't even need to put 100% of work into the drawings meaning they can choose to leave it black and white, sketched, and so on so it won't be too much work for people and it's easy to do. Maybe something to do to get you motivated to draw again like a certain someone... me
Yea the three guilds is a good idea and you'll be able to have sub roles in the guild. Each one will have a grand master or head chief or leader or yea, then you got the trainers/teachers of the guild who do the role-call (I honestly thought it was road-call lol) and look after the recruits, then other roles like such.
I have no idea how the super groups work, is it payed? Is it rewarded by amounts of people in the group? Either way, that'd be neat to do and in the mean time, you can just make journals or status updates in the group.
One thing I will say is we need to take this thing slowly. It's good that we're throwing all these ideas out there but if we do it all at once or go fast with it, we could mess up or get burnt out. The group is still far from setting everything up like missions and so on but we will make it there with progress. Little by little c:

Yea just take it slow, it is very exciting but the tortoise beat the hare by taking his time and pacing himself. Shitty example but it kinda relates in the fact that doing little by little is better then doing too much at once.
