Description
He was about 18 when I made him, so he's roughly 23 years old now. c:I aged him a little bit.
Hopefully I will have the gumption to rework him and make him a usable, interesting character.
But for now, have this picture.

I think the thing with Fao is that he was just kinda this random cool Sheikah dude, and didn't really have any basic conflict/goals to play against? I could be remembering incorrectly.

Yeah, pretty much. He was also my very first Zelda OC for the club, not counting the pre-revamp Oscuro. Most of my OCs don't really have any goals, and typically rely on a fun and intriguing personality to get by; of which Fao has neither. He's just nice to look at. -pats his head- The problem is giving him a goal or conflict that isn't horribly cliche, and I suck at writing and developing plot. So that may take awhile.

That can be difficult! My table-top RPG characters often end up in the "no goals, no interest" predicament too.

For personal rps where it's all goofiness and relationships, that's fine. But once you get into a group people expect your characters to actually do something. :I How lame. -sarcasm-

Actually, they are, in the bio I wrote up for them. xD They don't have a particular place to live, they just roam to better grazing areas. After all, horses don't last well in a desert if I they have to stay in one spot. xD They also raise goats, which are hardier than sheep for a desert climate.
In addition to supplies, the more they move around, the less likely the Gerudo will be able to predict and corner them.

Maybe he's also the one that ventures most often outside the tribe, to trade for supplies and horse feed and the like. That'd give him a reason to be out and about and interacting?
