Never made a Chibi of a guy before
It was fun!
The Bully is a charakter inspired of charlie chaplin ( Easy street)
And this guy is the big bully who is rules the street, and is feard of all. Even the police is scared of him.
But I made him in my style, so he does not look exactly like this.
