EDIT: OK, so there are some really, really annoying technical difficulties going on right now that don't permit the text to show on the freaking submission that poor Badfaith worked so hard on. She's sent like 3 'halp' messages to the help desk so they should be getting back to her pretty soon.

I haven't read this fic yet, so I don't know the context of the image, but my first thought on seeing the thumbnail was that Hanna was filing taxes or working on a budget or something similar. Hanna? Responsible actions? WHAT IS THIS

The stacks of papers are... HAVE YOU SEEN THIS DENTALLY-CHALLENGED GRAPHIC ARTIST posters. Yes, I know but... Well there's really no explanation for ourselves. Just read the fic! XDDD
Toni is comforting Hanna while Veser is knocked out after a long day of passing out flyers and annoying every other person he came in contact with. Yup, that sums it all up. The actual chapter is actually being put up right as we speak ^.^
Of course it's only an interlude so it's a piece of an "over-reaching" plot. Kinda like a "meanwhile..." thing.
Finally, to enjoy the full effect of the cover art, I suggest you read the Awful Edges fan-fiction written by and edited by the Supercatgirl herself. Me! 8D

Haha, no worries. <3 I especially like this fic for many reasons.
I love antagonists, and love Cas and Finas, who are the protagonists-turned-antagonists of the story, along with a creepy-as-hell antagonist and my favorite character, Abner, somewhere in the middle. (I DON'T KNOW WHY ALL THE ANTAGONISTS GAH) They're all portrayed very in-character and canon, with unique speech patterns and descriptions for each.
Many of the characters are also being pushed to limits/forced outside comfort zones/forced to interact with those they'd rather not, which always makes for an interesting plot, with characters doing unusual things/switching to sides they'd normally not be on, if only for a moment.
It's also extremely well done. The writing is very nicely paced, with few gammatical or spelling mistakes, which always makes reading easier and more fun. The description and huge amount of metaphors and similes make the story clearer without cluttering it with too much detail - I can picture exactly what's going on, but still imagine some. The word choice is neither too simple nor too exotic, making the story both engaging and very readable. The given plot can go any way, and I'm never sure what's about to come next, which keeps me looking for more.
So, essentially, chosen characters and their portrayals, situations, and writing style.

Hahaha, no problem! I'm a writer, and... Uh... I started writing. And then more writing came out. This seems to be a problem with me. BUTHEY, with such a cool thing to write about, it's no wonder!~
