Maybe YOU can tell me.

Every time I watch this show, my brain screams at me "You're too old to watch this! This is mildly stupid and ridiculous! Turn this off right now!"

But some other, apparently dominant part of me keeps watching again and again and again...

My question is; WHAT IS THIS STRANGE PHENOMENON OF CUTENESS AND WHY DO I LOVE IT SO MUCH???

That's pretty much what I thought when I started watching it. Maybe it's just that your brain makes you think that you're watching the old MLP, but your subconscious makes you watch it because it knows it's the new MLP, and it's awesome.

That's my theory. x)

I guess that an explanation for something that purely adorably awesome really isn't necessary.

But my rational mind is dissatisfied.

I've never even seen the old MLP. But as a small child, I had a tendency to reject passionately anything that was well-liked by my peers just because I was a rebel like that.
