I love red suns, they make me happy uvuKiriban prize for , featuring her lovely dragon, Denali. He
has such a gorgeous design, I'm glad I got the opportunity to draw him!
I put a bit more detail into this one because it turned out not to be
a fullbody like the other kiriban prize.

OH MY GOD RED SUNS MAKE ME HAPPY TOO!! It reminds me of a super hot summer evening .... much like this one ahaha ANYWAY YES OMG LOOK AT HOW GLORIOUS THIS IS! Omg all the red in this is CRAZY! There's a red dragon surrounded by red lighting omg this is the best! I love the sharp orange highlights on the tip of his beard and his neat little hands! It's so COOL the way you managed to make a red character stand out in a red background. Like. I'm seriously in AWE of that. Omg the lighting is seriously just so delicious. ORANGE BACKLIGHTING why don't I do this more often???
You also got his design PERFECTLY! All of his pretty face scales and his weird number of fingers and the way his horns twirl up close to his head. Omg you paid such close attention! That's AMAZING! PLUS you made his head nice and round! I'm really oddly obsessed with the roundness of his head for some reason <__<. I LOVE lovelove the texture of that fur as well! His heard looks so smooth and swishy and has little patches of red dancing in it and OMG it's so amazing! Gah and I love how much detail there is in all those scales! ESPECIALLY the ones by his face! The bigger ones in the back have the NICEST implied texture to them though, which is SUPER nice! They look all lovely and organic! His horns have those little twirly markhorish notches to them WITH ADDED RED GOODNESS omg. OMG he's gorgeous!
Thank you SO so much for this! It absolutely improved an otherwise dismal night at work ahaha. If you have a full res version hiding somewhere, I'd absolutely love to have it! I seriously CANNOT thank you enough for this! Oh my lord he's just so GORGEOUS! Gaaaaah THANK YOU!!! <33333
ALSO as an aside, I absolutely designed Denali myself! I've got an ancient and terrible picture of him kicking around in my gallery .... somewhere. Skysealer just drew his refsheet!

I KNOW hot AND humid man. Every time I walk outside with my glasses-wearing friends, they all fog up xD. I have NO idea how people in Florida do this all the time. Denali tends to prefer cooler places too, so I bet he's glad it's getting dark <__<
And YES omg I'd absolutely love that high red version when you get a minute!
AND I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT THAT TRADE. I'm still trying to figure out the perfect setting for it. I'm going to try and make it as legit as I can!
And that's absolutely no problem! I really don't draw Denali much myself, and she *did* draw his refsheet, so I could see how someone could make that connection!
