Those red earrings are making as common an appearance as the rings. I love how the shadow behind looks a little like a burly man, just the outline of his arm or something, it sorta gives the piece more depth: if you look at it in a "deep" way, it could be the different part of the subject's personality, or in a more superficial way, it adds a more sinister aspect by being some sort of burly man creeping up behind the subject.

If I were to suggest anything, I'd say maybe change the facial expression slightly, the eyes are good, but the face itself doesn't tell me the full story, I don't quite know what the subject feels in this piece (but maybe that's the point ).
