Scorching wind and hot sand buffeted Aeris's face forcing her to pull her scarf higher across her face. She squinted her eyes behind her goggles and gazed out across the hellish environment they had to pass through. The Untouched Realm. The Forsaken Land. It was called many things, but the names didn't change the fact that any who had ventured into the Yubian Desert never came back. They had no choice though, they had to find the Tree of Beginnings. Aeris held little hope however. This land where life began looked like nothing more than the end of the world.
