i use Adobe Illustrator CS for this one. if you search on google with "vector graphic tutorial", you'll find some tutorial that you can use.

the time was definitly worth it. the hair is just amazing. have you ever vectored in ps? if you have, which do you prefer, illustrator or ps? because i have ps, but im not good at it and was thinking about getting illustrator. i would appreciate the help.

to do vector-based pieces, i prefer illustrator by miles, just because AI is adobe's vector-based program. PS can do vector too, but the software isn't designed to do heavy vector works.
