No shadow underneath. That bulb is flying at what I can only guess is heart-stopping speeds.

That's a really neat way of coloring- the shadows are outlined in a little bit darker color than what they're colored as... gives it a remarkable vector feel.

Nice, photoshop 7... I just have Photoshop Elements 5.0, which doesn't even have a pen tool TT^TT So, I just use a modified brush to line... nice, though~!
