Wow. Okay, so. Probably most complex plush I've done, and she did not get anywhere near the recognition I thought she deserved lol. Sorry, just let me doot my own horn a little. She was made of so. many. pieces. SO MANY. But I love how she turned out. I'd love to make more bagbeans, with just a few tiny tweaks to this pattern. Actually also, a sitting version might be good too, bagbeans with thinner tails are a pain to get to stand up. I think she's the plush I'm most proud of, especially her wings.
Marikin is made of minky with a machine embroidered face 3D ears. Her claws are shiny gold satin, and her bag is made of suedecloth with machine embroidered details. It is closed with a magnet, and the strap has a snap for easy removal (can't get it over that big noggin) Her wings are detachable via magnets, her arms have plastic armature and her legs are wired for support.
