Description Before I even start with a little story I would just like to say that... I'm absolutely astonished by this. I have never really shaded before and today I actually tried shading for real and the outcome is just... Wow. I honestly didn't expect this but I have a lot to improve on and that will be my goal with the other drawings that I have been drawing the sketches for the last few days.

"You sure this is for the best? Can't I just walk around the with my burn marks visible?" Pyra asked the priestess, having been blinded through having been branded by torturers when she was kidnapped had taken a toll on her and she wasn't sure what to think anymore. All she could do was channel her magic through her eyes to be able to see about 1 foot infront of her, it was humiliating to have been weakened so much.

"Dear, you don't want to endure the comments people will whisper when they think you can't hear them. When they see what they have done to you they will treat you like shit. Its for the best." The priestess said with a concerned look on her face as she finished dressing the young Cleric up in her new garbs before speaking again. "You won't be able to do any fighting for a week or two my dear, I recommend you and your party stay in the inn for that time and let you recover. If you keep trying to increase your sight atleast an hour a day you will be able to channel your magic in a way to see normally in combat but it will put a drain on your energy so I recommend only using that ammount of magic during combat. Am I clear?"

Pyra nodded silently, she was going to have to get used to being limited in her sight but it was not something she despised. It was a challenge and she was going to overcome this challenge no matter what.
