In some regions they are like a plague, but instead of sterilisation, they are caught and then killed ... Animal shelters are quite seldom and often financed by foreign animal right groups, which have a different awareness than the local administration ...

I saw this cute little kitten, there. She was tracking us and obviously she wanted to get a stroke. And when we did so, she didn't stop purring - sooo cute and pretty!
