I drew Tropy. I liked the drawing so I decided to colour it. Then I decided to give it a background. And voila! That's how random incidental art is created.
I guess Tropy's like, explaining time travel to the others and being all serious about it. Probably stomping their enthusiasm for it in the process too ouo
*extremely patronising voice*'DO NOT enter a warp sphere that's about to close. Also, when you're programming the location, make sure you enter ground level co-ordinates so you don't end up warping into solid rock or 100 metres upΒ in the air...'

If he's a really good teacher that is worth his shite that he would give an inattentive / careless student, Nefarious would be wise to warn the students about the threat of telefragging, and how serious it is, especially if the students themselves use Warp Hubs to traverse towards their destinations.
Here's a definition of Telefrag that I'm gonna rip from Google since I'm too lazy to type it in like a competent individual. [Although I did try to make the paragraph below somewhat understandable (I hope!), because I try to be a competent person.]
"A telefrag is a type of death that occurs if a person is too close to a Teleporter [or, if he/ she stands on a Teleporter for too long] as another individual uses a Teleporter from a different location, but has the same location coordinates that are programmed into their Teleporter Hub. AnyoneΒ that occupies the same space as the teleporting individual, is instantly killed and the teleport completes successfully."
But, N Tropy will probably live up to his namesake, and not warn anyone about telefragging. If such a death (or multiple deaths) occur, his thought would probably be '..It served that wanker since he chose to dawdle within the Warp Hub for too long..'
But yeah Telefragging.. it's fun to experience when it happens to other people in video games, but it isn't fun when it happens to you.

Am I the only one who thinks that Dr. Nefarious Tropy shares some physical characteristics with Jafar...? Like, a blue-skinned Jafar from the future ?

I wonder what if Tropy was a teacher or a professor in school/university... I think a half of a class will be afraid of him because if somebody would not listen him at his lectures Tropy might use some... unusual methods to punish his students (like sending them to another time or make them to take part in his demonstrations of adventages of disadventages of time travel). As for me it might be interesting to see Nefarious as a teacher!
P.S. I see that You sometimes draw N.Tropy with crimson eyes. They fit him quite good! Also I like how green lights are laying onΒ Tropy and buildings in the sphere!Β Awesome work!

Tropy as a teacher, dear oh dear. He has such a temper that I don't think he'd be employed long in any learning institution XD and he'd get kicked out if he punished students with time travel! Unless, maybe, it was the Academy of Evil from Crash Twinsanity...
Thanks! Admittedly, I haven't thought very much about how I assign eye colour to characters. I've only noticed recently, Tropy's eyes are shown as being green in Wrath of Cortex, I think that's the only game where he has an established eye colour. Maybe I'll use that from now on.

Well. If it will be Academy of Evil some students might try to take a revenge. But I'm also thinking about usual school because if Tropy will be captured by government, he might be sentenced to work as a teacher in usual school (Why not in Academy of Evil? I think that the government aren't going to make the situation worse by creating hundreds of evil scientists with knowledges of time-control XD. Or if to talk in a more serious way: I really doubt that the whole world knows about Academy...)

I really like how you draw Tropy. He really does carry a smug air of "I know way more about time travel than anyone else on Earth" about him. I also really like how you play with hue and saturation in a way that makes a picture interesting even if 80% of the colors in the picture are a shade of blue with some greens mixed in. Very lovely.
I also wonder if sometimes, just to see if they're paying attention, Tropy likes to mix in false information amongst his lectures. So if anyone freaks out about the false side effects, Tropy knows who was actually listening. "Prolonged use of the warp spheres has been known to cause baldness and minor skin irritation, so if a rash develops after using a warp sphere, please consult me."
