I sorta forgot about the A-Z of 80's Cartoons, plus F was hard to come up with a toon I actually liked, so I decided that I'll also do characters that I dig if there isn't a series I like for that letter.ANYWAY, here's Fozzie from Muppet Babies.
Charcoal, and as usual with charcoal the original looks way better than the scan
