Honks, alarms, factory noises, heavy trucks, police whistles.
The city came alive.

Suddenly, 19 hijackers took control of four commercial airliners. Nobody suspected their motives. One flew to Arlington, another to Shanksville and the remaining two to New York City.

Each crashing their full fueled plane to their respective destination. The Pentagon,The United Airlines Flight 93, and The World Trade Center. 2,977 people were killed in that instance.

This event sparked a series of wars which cost the lives of
1,094,933 people.
