Taking a mental break from Rise for a bit, it was extremely fun to try my hand at the 2012 style again! Ah, that takes me back.
It’s so nice to find a Foot!Leo au that focuses on brotherly bonding, healing, and has such a unique and intriguing twist, or twists, I should say! And a bear! Can’t forget the bear. The way the author interweaves world building and character POV is captivating and incredibly infectious. You WILL smile when Mikey’s thinking about his day and he knows it. Every character’s best aspects are brought out and shined to a mirror polish.
The brotherly feels are so so good. If you’re a fan of the 03 or 12 version, I’d highly recommend it!
Also, just for fun, I listened to this song ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZjwVh… ) a lot while drawing Mikey. As well as the Castaway playlist on Spotify.
