I like the lineart! It's very expressive and sweet, and it's nice and 3D! I can really see the shape of the head. At the same time, I think the pupils could be a little smaller, it looks like they're blind, almost. I think the main couple things to work on are the coloring, shading, and background. The line coloring doesn't really work because it is very light, something you might want to try is only changing the hue, and not the shade or saturation. Alternatively, I just color with a darker version of what the base is. With the shading, I think if you just turned down the opacity and tilted it to a cool color, it would look good. If you press protect alpha, you can color it in however you want. I do like how the stars break up the shading, I wouldn't have thought of that. last, on the background, I think it would have looked ten times better if you did it the exact same, but drew the circles instead of just having solid dots. The stars also don't reach the edge of the picture. Overall very cute! I would really just fix the outline.

this drawing looks very very nice but,, the shading really needs some work,, it looks like the character rolled around in red dirt, the shading lso makes no sense to me. i don't understand where your lighting is coming from.and if the character is in space u should have shaded it blue or purple. I advise that you to stop blurring your shading so heavily it makes you character looks dirty, you can still blur it but dont blur it so much till the point it blends in with the character its self. also u should change the color of the line art its very distracing form the character itself.
the art looks good just work on your shading/shading colors and it will look much much better^^
