Sekai kind of bottles up stress. When she feels likes she can't take anymore she tries to go into isolation. Sekai finds it hard to find an isolated place when the sun is still out. When dawn sets in she climbs on to the roof of her house and just lies down to watch the stars. Sometimes it's not good and she goes to more isolated places. Parks that don't close at night or something similar. Sometimes dark places help too.
