Description
Mid-progress sketch for the newest neck-piece I am sculpting for a good friend. It will measure about 6” wide, and be quite the statement necklace. Her symbol of power is best represented by ram horns, one of her favorite images. She also loves the fall - so I choose to depict some might Oaks with a fall wind blowing leaves to the forefront of the image.Oaks were once thought to be a tree of power, since lightning was often spotted striking their tops. People thought this was a sign from the gods of lightning and destruction.
