This was a lot of fun to read. X) The further I got into it, the more danger was revealed!

Does it work on PCs?

If you mean the rar file, yes although you need a program to decompress it (just grab winrar or something)

I'm not sure what game you're talking about.

Well actually the statue manual thing.

It's a joke manual for a (very unsafe) product that doesn't exist. It was done for a group's theme of the month, but I forgot what the theme was.

WOW, great idea!
I like the other materials that will soon be available like metals, especially precious metals!
I hope the Suddenly Sapphire version includes glass as well as gems.

Lol, how can you step off if you're a statue.

This is a brilliant idea, and really well executed. Thanks for sharing it!
I was all excited to buy one, and then I got to the warnings about "uncontrollable melting". Yikes.
Maybe I *do* want to pony up the 40 points so I can read the safety information!

Hey, as long as you operate it according to these instructions, there won't be any problems!*
*statement not 100% accurate.

Do you have a “Safari-friendly” version, of the Manual/Download?
(Safari will NOT download the Manual — “Incompatible” File, most likely!)

It's a rar file. I don't have Safari so I don't know what it agrees with.

DarthFugue pretty much spelled it out. It's a common glib response in tech-support circles. (Sometimes joking, often not.)
All joking aside, I seriously loved this piece. There's just something great about a fantasy device like this being presented in a totally matter-of-fact way. Makes it seem more real. I really enjoyed the page of legalese at the end, the Hi-Res edition is totally worth it. "5 out of 5. Would download again."
P.S. Is Solid Labs hiring? It sounds like a fun place to work.

This has to be the most clever thing I've seen in a while. And dat fine print is hilarious (We warned you about the melting, dude. We seriously did.) Well worth the download to read.
