I just found that comment which refers to what your recent picture is talking about.
In the sprites Sans has a larger forehead, oval-ish eyes and only ever smiles yet nobody complains when he's drawn with rounder cheeks, circle eyes or any other expression so why should someone complain about your Toriel drawings?
