I like how the lips look, and great job on the wispy hair as well. The eyemakeup is a little bold in comparison to the softer blended face. Perhaps a little gray to hint at the edge of the lid? Might help tie it to the feel of the rest of the image.

This is beautiful-- the lips especially.
Only critique I have is that the eyes pop out way too much-- not enough transition between the skin. Great job, though!

Thank you. I'll look at the eyes again. With the heavy makeup I think they were meant to really pop out. Her skin was quite smooth and pale. Her left eye came out a bit off though.

i'd suggest what my teacher calls a 'bridge color' between the very dark of the eyes and the skin tone. It does seem like you want it to be stark, but as it is it's just too stark is all.
