First time trying this sort of thing. It was fun doing this
Sprite parts are from Umbreon, Espeon, Jolteon, and shading colors from Absol.

Pokedex Entry: Volmeon can find their prey using echolocation. They can pick up an echo from across the ocean to another region, so they are often used to communicate using morse code from region to region.
Possible Moves: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Amnesia, Agility, Chatter (event move), Confide, etc.
Evolution: Eevee when leveled up to lv30 with 3DS at a high volume ---> Volmeon
