The air currents are calm and cool beneath Aviva's feathers, the cottony clouds lazily rolling on toward lands unknown. Aviva tucks one wing and spins into freefall, for no real reason save for the joy of it. Soaring above a soft sea cast in morning's golden hue, she is the uncontested ruler of all she sees.

AKA: I DREW TOO MANY FEATHERS TO ENJOY SHADING THIS PIECE, but I love drawing feathers and Aviva was due for a full-body design update, so therein lies all of the fun.

I adore how this came out. Especially the background. I want to eat those clouds.
