When I was in high school I learned that officers in the US military were required to learn how to ballroom dance, because it was traditional. I'm not sure if this is a practice that extends to other nation's military, but I sort of imagine it would. That being said, if this is the case my headcanon is that this is the one area that the Italies surpass Germany in. That being said, the reason I have Germany looking down: he's watching his feet.
