The hair is based on some magical boy anime I was watching. *hint* Loveu-making desu~ . Don't judge me. Was tempted to put cat ears..
The Homeguard Insignia is on his forehead
A little backstory: He was actually at the gym, working out, before becoming a Homeguard for OCE. All he did was changed to his battle pants and slipped on some easy wearing boots and boom he looks fancy af.
