aaah they're all so good :0 0: spring awakening, a new brain, and dogfight I listen to more for the music and less for the story, but they all have really good stories hhhh
seriously, I love be more chill so much
It's just so good
and Heathers is the first musical I listened to :')
and Dear Evan Hansen is just.... so stunning. in every way. most of the show is dialog, so you can't get the full plot from the soundtrack but oh well. there are some bootlegs floating around out there

OOOO and i've actually listened to all the Dear Evan Hansen songs!! i agree with you there, the singing talent is jaw-dropping. particularly waving through a window, dang
and I actually brought up the story on wikipedia, it had little indications where each song began within the story, so i know the plot pretty well!
so heartbreaking ;;_;; but an amazing message.
i'd give anything to see it live hh
