You end up arcing above the head of the griffon, your tiny body vaulting what feels like miles into the sky, and then going weightless, before falling back towards the earth. The angle of your descent carries you above that weird tower thing, which turns out to be a grill, one with something already waiting on top of it, and luckily, rather than falling into the flames below, you land on the thing with a wet smack, the meat just soft enough to not break you, but leaving you on something not good, as above, the griffon is too distracted by her book to notice your addition to her meal.
