I think Maximilian gave every child nightmares after they first watched the black hole.
And to thing for the Black Hole re-make they are not altering Maximilian design. Let the nightmares begin once more

Seriously though, great color coordination here. The red and black mesh perfectly with Maxie. It actually reminds me of blood. Which makes sense.

I knew the name sounded familiar...I recall watching that movie with my dad as a young kid. Freaked the hell out of me. I don't remember it clearly anymore though....
The grungy effect in your art is really...well-done, I guess you could say.
