Ssthisto, ostensibly for the FurArteXchange round on Ssthisto, but since I can't win twice in a row, this was really just for the heck of it.This shows Ssthisto as I really see me - predatory, and none-too-tidy about meals.
Painter in its entirety, and boy, I wish I could have found more decent reference pictures for the water she's shaking off.

1) Ssthisto != black. Ssthisto is -blackOPAL- and thus is mostly dark blue in colour. As you can see here in this picture. Blue. Not black.
2) Ssthisto has a website.
3) Calling Ssthisto "lovely dragoness", unless you happen to be one of the two who live with her (and they know better) is a great way to get Ssthisto to instantly dislike you. Ssthisto bites. Ssthisto does not like strangers in general. In fact, Ssthisto would like to say that calling her "lovely" or "beautiful" or bloody hell "dragoness" is the fastest way to get Ssthisto never to respond to you ever again. Passing casual comments like that makes Ssthisto think you are trying to get uncomfortably close to her by kissing ass.
Ssthisto is not a "dragoness". That word does not describe a female Death-Walking.
Ssthisto is not "lovely". She is three-quarters-of-a-ton of predator that would eat anything smaller than herself and try her damnedest to drive anything her size or larger out of her territory.

Wow. excellent! Those subtle tones in the black are amazing, like black opal. It gives such a great feeling of texture, like if you were to put your hand on the skin, it would feel smooth and hard from the ripling muscles... and then you would lose your hand...
Anyway, wonderful job! I especially like the colors and the shading that gives the impression of a sleek, lithe, muscular killer. The pose is great - I feel like I can see the movement. : ) The only thing I reccommend is the background. There is so much care and attention to the dragon that the background looks kind of rushed and uncared for. (poor ol' background. ;_

Incidentally, the forward half of her/my eye is paler and less glowy because it's half-covered with nictitating membrane - wouldn't want blood spattered into one's eyes, particularly.
