The Riddler got out of jail and let the museum rent his stuff, then sent a riddle to Batman to rial him up. When Batman showed up, the Riddler had a gun pointed at the museum owner and Batman sprang into action. The Riddler laughed because the gun was a lighter to light the man's cigar and quick as a snap, he had guys take a picture of batman, gave him the riddle "what suite does a man never want but never wants to lose" and served him papers (a lawsuit ) which he could have won, but more importantly, he could have unmasked Batman!
