Wow that is so awesome I have been trying so hard to make my gesture drawings good and effortless but I seem to think too much about the figure....anyways yours are so beautiful

Beautiful. I think I love gestures more than finished sketches any day.

The looseness of this gesture is great. You really get across the movement and feeling of the model. I'm currently taking a figure drawing class and I can say that these are harder than they look in order to capture proportion, movement, and flow right.

The compression in the abdomen on the left figure is seen and felt, and the gestural line you take up into the hands is really nice.

At first glance gesture work just looks like a bunch of scribbles. Not too hard? Wrong. Gesture work is a lot harder than it looks. Im studying my second year of BTECH art and we are currently working on gestural art. Through my experience, the less lines there is, the more expressive the work becomes as each line means something. I've also learnt how much your feelings and attitude contribute to the outcome of your work. For example, if you're feeling angry then you will tend to use very quick hard lines.
You don't have to make a masterpiece, as long as it expresses what you felt or shows movement, you've succeeded.

I love your work, it shows real movement and character. You can see the stretch in the first figure and the fluidity of the second. Awsome job!

I agree with the person above, you have great works, but your images are waaay too large. Upload smaller images, for instance, the height of this picture should be at most 1000 pixels tall. Your drawings and paintings are amazing, it's just the size of the uploads take away from their brilliance.

yea i didn't check how large the images were
i realized afterwards how humongous they are.
thanks.
