I used to look down on this character as someone ridiculous, but some days ago I suddenly woke up with the thought he's quite a nice guy who totally deserves to be loved. And Jojo is just a grumpy adolescent who makes his parents sad. Need to rewatch this ovie, it's amazing!
There's a quick watercolour doodle I made of him in one of my numerous sketchbooks (seriously, I have them as many as Ned's daughters!), I hope this helps to spread some more admiration for the character. Hooray to Ned!

Нед МакРой, славный парень-мэр Кто-то-города. Несколько дней назад я проснулась с мыслью о том, что этот персонаж, хотя чудак и растяпа, самый реалистичный и человечный из всех в мультфильме. Мне он как-то даже полюбился. Решила наскоро нарисовать его, пока не прошел настрой.
