This piece is VERY beautiful, especially the eyes! I mean you did a PHENOMENAL job on them! I mean when I first look at this the first thing I notice is the eyes. They draw you in and makes you want to look! The eyelashes are very lovely and you did the lighting in the eyes excellent! The only thing I would say about your picture is the coloring. I think you should work on making it more smooth and not seeing every pencil stroke. When your coloring, do small strokes instead of big ones. Also try blending your colors a little better. It looks like you were in a rush when doing the right part of the skin but the rest of it is amazing! Excellent job in executing this piece!

Where to start? First of all, your use of colour is outstanding, and is most effective on making the girl's hair come to life. I think that using a little more definition on her cheekbones would help to balance the whole composition of the picture; more different shades of colour to add highlight to her cheekbones, and the deep set of her eyes would benefit from it. The hand helps to balance this setback, and the shading on it is very well done. The contrast of her eyes (rather, eye) draws a viewers gaze, and the attention of detail in this splendid eye adds the sparkle one finds in every great picture. I think that her nose lacked the right shading to do it justice, but all in all, I like this work for its great choice of colour, composition and well executed proportions.

Great pic! I love how you made the eye! The whole colour-scheme in this picture is very warm, and the components is very nicely put out!
The only thing I'm thinking about is mayby to blend the colours more? And to make the lines on her cheek a bit smoother.

Omg this is freaking amazing! There is a great amount of detail centered on the eye, which is where most people tend to look anyway.
The feel of this picture is very inviting and warm, this is just great.

This is my favorite of yours! YOu know how all of the critiques say that the strokes of your pencils are too obvious, I have a tip for you: press lightly with the pencil, and quick, short strokes will do it. If you have trouble with the uneven "colored in" look, then gently press harder in areas that need it, but not too much. Also, you can try water color pencils, and use a damp paper towl to smooth the colors together.
I am thouroughly jealous of the amount of impprovement you've had since I first met you on nano!
P.S.: (I think you should re-draw my charater agestoph... I'd love to see him in your style these days!
