Yes! OMG, yesssss!! I can’t believe that i drew this with these handsExperimenting with drawing on my photoshop with using layermask and overlay, a lot of overlay hahaha xD
Just so you know this is the first picture of mikey I drew: sta.sh/0245jrz0rzgv
and looking at it now, im amazed my mom liked it hahahaha xD
Anyway! I felt like i need to draw something bubbley and colorful since i watched the season final again on tv!! D: My gosh my heart again~ and its been raining these last few days!

I've never been sure what exactly layer masking actually does so I've never used it but this is so cute!

I used mostly Clipping masks and used layer masks inside the clipping mask, because i find that clipping masks are way more useful xD

Clipping masks are the ones that you can use to change the color of the lines underneath them right?

I think you can use them for that xD for me i use it to color and shade that way i don’t have to go back and erase things over and over again 
oh and like if you want the outline to be a different color then you can use clipping mask to make it whatever color you want!

Do you use photoshop? I use Sai and it doesn't have many masking options but it does have the clipping thing. I discovered it by accident.

Lol that's how I found out about clipping masks! My photoshop is version 8 so for me to do the layer mask I have to go through a process to add one to a layer xD

I like Sai because it's simple and there's not very many filters around to confuse you. I actually got my copy from someone else. If you want, I can send it to you.
