once iaza.com is open you are taken to a pahe with a big orange arrow on it. Click the arrow to upload the first image.

Once loaded scroll down to the list of options. Under a column called mix there is a link called frame animation, it will take you to a section where you can upload up tp 52 images (Not that you need that many ) I set the speed to 1/10 of a second I think but you can just fiddle around with it. Speed setting is at the bottom of the page. I put my icons on an infinite loop but its up to you what you do. When your happy with it, right click the image of your animation and save it Then you're done

a site called iaza.com you upload an image and click the frame animation section then upload the images to animate the pick.
