complimentary picture to a very old pic from 2003 - [link] - as if she was there to greet him in the snow. (i've always liked that image, been wanting to update it. prolly won't.)
Would you believe i did this out of just sitting down, and saying "i will draw a quick fun picture." Well thats what happened.. and then it sucked me in for the rest of the night. It really resembles alot of the new work i'm doing. Very exciting.
oh, and this is what i call a holiday picture, lol.

Oooooh I love this so much! (And Guy in the snow was always one of my faves of your artworks, too.) I love the soft, cold colors everywhere except her hair, and yet that's so subtle, too. The motion of her hair and the expression on her face... gaaaaah I love how you draw hon. XD

short summery: happy cuple gets married, husband always asks wife about the ribbon, wife never tells, time passes, wife on deathbead dieing beacuse of something nasty, tells husband to remove ribbon, head falls off, eww creapy, the end.

Nah... I just get the feeling... this ear should be someplace different... like it's misplaced... but just a bit...
I mean... it's like too high and too towards the back of the head, comparing to where the head is facing... but it's more based on my beliefs than anatomical knowledge.
Plus I don't like critisizing works I really like.
