This is in fact a full size top hat. I DIDN'T MAKE THE HAT. But I decorated it! It will fit a 23/24 inch head circumference. It is a 100% wool (felt) top hat. Costume grade!I'm currently selling it! Please let me know if you are interested! The decorations are removable if they don't strike your fancy!
