no, it's from a mod to half-life 2 and counter strike:source called garry's mod, it costs $10 dollars, along with the 2 games mentioned and it's only available to the Steam server online shop. They have cool downloads like Sonic characters, where you can pose them for screenshots, or shoot them with weapons.

I do know there is a Cream beta ragdoll and i got it from the site but i PM'd Luigimario no Youtube to get it.

Yeah, but I don't like it, I can see why it's a beta ragdoll, it always kills me when I try to pose it, because it won't stop flopp'n!

It is normal for me... Well it's like the normal Sonic ragdoll but it flops around when you twist it's arms around really badly or use the Cinder Block posing trick.
