only dead parents, grandparents, previous lives and lost opportunities. popular advice is to "forget" the past, release regrets, but can't see that happening in this particular journey on earth. don't think there will be an escape from longing, poor choices, pain and deep sadness that results... I was so taken by and connected to your image (like lightening striking) when I saw it that I didn't note the title because I literally "felt" the image travel through me... please accept my humble apology. it's impossible for me to imagine the void you must feel, but you most certainly got my attention with this image. it speaks deeply so many feelings that words fall powerless and inadequate to express. thank you for sharing something so personal.
