A female Swift military guard not exactly...doing the whole guard thing very well. Maybe she fell asleep before her shift started just to catch a few z's.
This is actually a non combat military uniform; she doesn't have her armor on right now. Some Swift actually don't like wearing the armor on certain jobs though.
She is carrying a Lanian style gun (the round thing) and a 'shock lance'.

I'll type more about the Swifthorn and Lanian weapons later but the shock lance can only really be used to full capacity by a Swift. Swift's have a few electricity producing organs throughout their body. They can produce DEADLY amounts from certain points on their body or just give a gentle shock so it's controllable.
One of their main points is on the palms of their hands so they developed weapons to amplify and control their electrical output. Basically the lance has a spot where they can hold it and send pulses into it to either stab and send in an electrical charge or even fire off concentrated bursts of electricity from the tip of the lance with decent range but its most useful and most precise in medium to short range combat.
The lance can extend a pretty good ways but is normally used about halfway.
