anyway, the values of this piece are really pleasing, idk why but there's just a nice contrast between the stillness of the background/atmosphere and the Oni's playful posture/grin, definitely brings it out. also the houses have nice small details in em, I like it!
though I wonder how the Oni can stand on the house without the roof getting destroyed or the Oni falling off, but that's the mysteriousness of it I guess lol
just my opinion but you might want softer edges between the differently coloured leaves of the sakura (I think it's sakura?) trees to make em blend better (since leaves are a complete mess of clusters sometimes), but it depends if that would work for you or not. i do like the white flowers in the pink patches though, it does well in making the different shades/colours of the trees more cohesive!
as for the Oni in general, I love their grins and gigantic maces, I find it amusing (but it would probably be terrifying if you could find one irl)
