Linnya Wazzo or Tinya Wazzo for her human identity, is from the planet, Bgztl whose people have the ability to turn invisible, intangibility, phasing, and flight. She had a bad sickness when she was a kid and she ended up being intangible forever, so she needed to wear black clothing and lipstick to help her see herself. Her planet was destroyed by Brainiac and she went to Earth to start a new life, but she was found by Mr. Terrific and he took her in to his home to help her out. She would be his partner and she would even join the Titans during Crisis 13 and when Trigon came and was finally killed by Raven. She would start up the Legion of Superheroes in the future.

If there is anyone who is having problems seeing her, i didn't fill in the body, because, she is intangible, so why not.
