Peter Parker (Who is modelled after Milo Thatch from Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire) is a 16 year old teen from Queens, New York, who lives with his Uncle Ben Parker and his Aunt May Riley Parker. Peter lost his parents when he was 3 and went to live with his uncle and aunt, as they loved and raised him like their own son. Peter was diagnosed with High Functioning PDD-NOS Autism at age 4, and he had shown that he was a prodigy at Science, Movies, Video Games and Baseball thanks to his Uncle Ben.

Peter was so smart he would be able to graduate High School at 16 and receive a Special Scholarship from Stark Industries for any college or University. Peter works for Otto Octavius (Doc Ock) as an extra credit assistant to help him in the lab. Peter has a crush on Mary Jane since they are very good friends and always hang out together. One day, he goes to a special show at Columbia University Genetics Lab with Mary Jane. They were showing off their new "Super Spiders" but one of them that was not there, it was on the roof and was going to land and attack Mary Jane but Peter sees it and saves her for it but he gets bit from the spider instead.

Peter was in the hospital getting it looked at but the doctors, being stupid thinking it s fine and lets him leave. As he is lying in bed, the powers start to kick in and the next day, he woke up feeling refreshed and not needing his glasses but kept wearing them for protection sake. He found out about his powers during after school when Flash Thompson was going to beat him because, well Flash Thompson is a douchebag. But Peter, uses his Spidey-Sense for the first time and accidentally punched Flash in the mouth, causing his two front teeth knocked out but, Everyone knows that was a mistake and shouldn't shame or harm Peter.

Peter decided he wanted to do something with his new powers, but he heard how, Uncle Ben might retire because he is too tired and Aunt May isn't making money with F.E.A.S.T since it has just started, so Peter decides to use his powers to make his family money and goes up against Randy "Bonesaw McGraw" Hogan and Peter won. However, the manager cheated Peter out of the money since, the guy was a douchebag, but then a criminal steals the money and Peter lets the guy go because how is it his problem. A few minutes later, he heard a gunshot and found his Uncle Ben dead. Peter saw everything and ran as fast as he could, but Ben told him that "With Great Power, Come Great Responsibility." He then goes after, the criminal and found out it was the guy who robbed the manager, but the guy was walking backwards and tripped and fell to his death, but luckily, Peter got away and vowed to use his powers to help people and become a superhero by the name of Spider-Man.

This is what he looks like with his glasses. He would no longer wear glasses after his eyes got better from the spider bite, but, he still keeps them as a memento of his past, and wears them as a reminder of his view of his past to hold on too. He told others that the prize money he got from the science fair paid for his LASIK surgery.
