this piece is very good! the hair is very detailed, and the colors aren't eye blinding. the style is very "cute" ( although not as much with this piece, lol) the one thing that pops out the most for me is the mouth. i don't know why! but it just seems like it fits the character (Jeff, obviously) pretty well. the dark back ground really gives this the "creepy pasta" feels. from the opinion of a cartoon artist (me), the style can go right in the "cartoon" category. all i have to say is, you did a very good job! nice work!
