This is from an old cartoon I use to love as a kid called Bionic Six, this is the Dad, his name is Bionic One, he was bad ass. I love the theme song and the animation was cool, those costumes were so ahead of there times too. They would smash there rings into there wristbands to turn there bionics on. So anyways, I like the show
