Oh jeez, this movie made me cry buckets when I first saw it as a kid. I don't think many kids in the cinema were immune to 'that scene'. The one I always remembered fully though is that part with the knight and those statues... eurgh.

I remember Falkor and you know, I didn't even know he was a dragon? I thought he was just a flying... dog-thing. I think he looked far too dog-like and stuffed-toy-like for it to click for me that he was. Your version is more to my taste - I didn't like original Falkor much either. I'd have much preferred something that looked like a dragon, or had some decent reptilian features.

Nice lighting, too! I'm watching how you do it.

A really cool design! And so detailed - not just the hair but also the eyes and snout.
My only crit is that the colors are a bit too dark for what I always imagined a luck dragon to look like.
But thanks so much for not having him look like a dog.

This is beautiful. I love how the light softly illuminates Falkor's whiskers and fur! Well done.
